    Angry Rep-3300 & UI-4099

    hi all,
    Oracle Forms Runtime 6i Release 2, Oracle Reports Runtime 6i Release 2, on a windows 98 operating system.

    when trying to print from a previewer, only one user is getting REP-3300 (Fatal Error in the tool kit), followed by UI-4099 (the windowing system failed), according to metalink the problem is in the printer name, i tried to change its name to a smaller one, but it's still not working, i even tried to set another default printer for that user but it's also giving the same error.
    The user is able to print word documents successfully
    I tried to uninstall and reinstall oracle runtime but it's also not working.

    What could be the problem?
