1- Install Oracle in new hardware -follow Oracle documentation.
2- Pre create databas in new hardware -follow Oracle documentation.
3- Export database from old hardware
4- FTP dump file to new hardware
5- Import dump file into new hardware.
Needless to say it will be much more easier if you get the help of a DBA
