Server:MS win 2000
ORacle 8.1.7.2.1
The SMON crashed due to ora 600 and the database went down, now I am not able to bring the database up. I tried rebooting the server to release memory, but still again the SMON crashed when trying to open the database. I have logged a tar with Metalink but the response is slow. Please help any advice.
Here's the error I get in the alert log:
Errors in file C:\mnt\ora_system\oracle\admin\dev1\bdump\dev1SMON.TRC:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbrbr_2], [3], [16782730], [8], [], [], [], []
