Most convenient way upgrade 10.2.0.3 to 11.2

If you are staying with a 32 bit database. You should get a cold backup of the database, then upgrade in place to 11.2.0.3 running 32 bit. That way if something happens you can restore your database, rather than trying to downgrade your database. Just make sure that you leave the 10.2.0.3 home around until you are certain that you don't need it.
