    Move file-system dbf to ASM

    Hi,

We are planning to use ASM and migrate of file-system database
How do you move/copy oracle datafiles, logfiles, controlfiles,*.dbf to ASM?
The docs said ASM does not allow OS copy commands :(

    Thanks a lot

Why don't you rely on Oracle documentation? http://www.oracle.com/technology/dep...tionwithdg.pdf
