Should SQL Syntax Help Files be installed or are they tables?

Hello, everybody!
I just heard that while in sqlplus I actually could request help on sql syntax. Is it possible? Can I get help for sql syntax files installed
somewhere or are they internal tables? I queried dba_tables and v$fixed_table and don't see a name that seems right... Please help!

$O_H/sqlplus/admin/help
and read the comments and run the script helpbld.sql
