What is your problem bud? I fail to see a reason for the parody. If you have any doubts that I work for Oracle (and for others too who has a speck of suspision), I can prove that I work for Oracle. Do you want me to? Let me know...

Whats ur problem man? Either you have the dumps are you don't. Behave matured.

So I understand the situation to be:
Oracle Corp is too mean to purchase these things and an Oracle employee is actively inciting others to breach copyright law.
Hmmmmmmm . . . . I hope I'm wrong.

Sources are sources Sir. Many times, tricky Qs (for instance that appear in OCP) would not be answered in Sources of Oracle Doc directly. It may take more time sometimes to dig the info throu docs than get an answer who already has. Could be many other reasons. Whats imp to understand here is, saving time is saving money
Manytimes it saves time when someone answers the Q straight; but Most times as you said, we may end up spending days and wasting time becoz of "immatured so-called jokes" that is being passed by (specially the big guys here)
A lot of time can be saved infact if ppl just mind their business and not pass sarcastic comments (examples are on fire with this thread) !!!!

Piracy acts are limited to "commercial business". Sharing is not breaching the policy. In that perspective, according to you even taking "photo copies" from any material is piracy. In your eye then everyone has breached the policy and have violated the act in some form or the other.
Brother, piracy acts come into law only when you do business out of it. For instance if someone resells the dumps to me, thats a violation. Get the records clear.

So a company that purchases one copy of MS Office and shares it with 1'000 employees is within the law?

YES. I'd say any copy taken with the intent of avoiding the cost of purchase or payment of royalties is illegal.

There's a clear intent for "commerical business" seen here, becoz the company is afterall using those shared copies for their business. This is violation. Can you relate that logic here for sharing a dump with a friend who does not have any commerical essence to do business out of it?

That way you can't show a single person who not violated. Don't tell me you have never taken photocopies from reference books or any book for that matter (and we know all published books say that photo copying is prohibited).
Besides, to this extent, I don't have any guilt, becoz I know I am not misusing this for a commercial venture.
