Hi all,
I have this version of Oracle Server:
SQL> SELECT banner from v$version;

BANNER
----------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle8i Release 8.1.5.0.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 8.1.5.0.0 - Production
CORE Version 8.1.5.0.0 - Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 8.1.5.0.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 3.4.0.0.0 - Production

When I try to do a incremental backup,
after being able to do it with level 0,
when I try to do it with level 1 or 2 I get the message error:

RMAN:06180: incermental backups require Oracle8 Entreprise Edition.

My question is : did I miss something, or my software must be a kind of personal server with no capacity to make incremental backups?
