    3 cheers for ISO who cut northern new england off from the grid on time. I've been in their control room and i know those guys watch the grid 24x7x365 and some girl-ie pages too

    The map of New England (top left image at http://www.iso-ne.com/ )shows only 1/2 of CT - the northern half
