Hello all,

I install oracle on my laptop in Windows and was not able to use the EM. Here is the error message I got:
EM configuration failed due to the following error: Listener is not up or database service is not register with. Start the Listener and Register database service and run EM configuration Assistant Again.
Could anybody help please?
