    PL/SQL code moved from 8i to 10g now has an error

    I have a pl?sql package that was in our 8i database. I had the DBA's move it to our 10G db. When I go to view it in toad as soon as I click on the package it gives me an error message 'IN' is not a valid integer value.
    This opens fine in 8i. Is it a problem with the versions? this package is used to purge jobs in our PeopleSoft environment, and I am moving it into another environment. I have attached the PL/SQL spec and body. Gandolf989 was helping me earlier with this package but that was when it was in 8i.
