When I started my OCP preparation in July, 2000, I searched for all the websites I can find to get an idea of how to prepare it. It took me a lot of time to do that which is more than I spent on my preparation for the first exam, believe or not.
I have passed all two months ago with very good scores(53 and above for each). So I would like to give you guys my way, maybe save you a lot of time and money also.

The only book you need is The student Kits from Oracle education. Each for one exam, costing $75 for each. You may want to trade or share with somebody esle pursuiting the OCP if your company doesn't reimburse to you.
You can get it on line from

under EDUCATION tab.
The book name look like
OAI: Introducation to SQL and PL/SQL ...(for 8i)

After you finish you book, the only thing you need is self-test sofeware. It costs $79 for each.(expensive, aha?)

All other info, registration, self test info can be found
