Hi:
My db is unable to open due to a problem in log file that is current..

alter database open
*
ORA-00322: log 3 of thread 1 is not current copy
ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1: '/u02/oradata/nbs/redo03.log'

Cant even reset logs since db is "No archive log" mode
and logfile is current..

Please give any clues..
