I'm using a oracle 8i 8.1.6 enterprise edition I'm trying to import a dump file from oracle 8 database

I have a dump file that I'm trying to import into my database using the import wizard but It keeps giving me an authentication error. I'm logged in to the console manager. can anyone help.
