    I want to know what are the main differences in oracle8 and oracle 8i? Can anybody please help me? We are using oracle8 as our database. Is there is any need to upgrade to oracle8i? If yes, then what are the extra advantages will our co. get?

    no need to make two posts on the same subject.
    i recommend doing a search on this topic. It has been answered MANY times in the past on this web-site.
