report.txt need Tuning expert's help

Can somebody help me decipher 2 report.txt I have from my db? I will need to email them to you probably. I am newbie dba. We have major performance issues,

I'm assuming that these came from running bstat/estat. Search for Systemwide Tuning using UTLESTAT Reports in Oracle7/8 (Doc ID: 62161.1) on metalink.
