    Oracle EE8.1.7.2 w/Statspack

    Has anybody succesfully get statspack to work with Ver 8172 on Unix? I have had some trouble with it. We are on 8172 because the underlaying app is Oracle Clinical and it cannot goto 8174.

    when I run the SPCUSR.sql script: I get the following error message:

    Package created.


    Grant succeeded.

    from dba_object_size
    *
    ERROR at line 4:
    ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

    Please run the spcusr.sql by connecting as INTERNAL.Please check the username under which you are running the STATSPACK.

    sqlplus internal
    @?/rdbms/admin/spdrop
    @?/rdbms/admin/spcreate
