Closing Forms runtime

Hi all,

With Forms 9i, if we close the runtime by directly closing the browser window, it doesnt prompt to commit/rollback the data changes done. Why so? Experts please throw some light on this.

You are closing the browser window, not the form, that's why. It's like turning off your computer - are you prompted to save a form then?

so if a user closes the browser window in haste, then he loses all the changes. I feel there should be a solution (or has to be created) for this.
