what causes "ifrun60_dump" error

Hi all,

Can someone explain to me what can cause "ifrun60_dump" error. It seemed to happen only on our citrix environment.(Works fine on my desktop).

If your form crashes for any number of reasons, you can and will get a dump file. What caused the dump? You have to figure that out - there isn't any list of "why's" and "how come?"

You can open the file and read the header. Usually tells where it crashed. The stack trace is meaningless to you, but Oracle Support can decipher it.
