    Question

    Hi All,

    I have a quesiton: I am running the 8.1.7 RDBMS on Digital Unix. Does anyone know if the client software for 8.1.5 will work on a client with a digital unix operating system trying to connect to the server which is RDBMS 8.1.7?
    Or do I need to get the digital Unix Oracle 8.1.7 client software instead of the 8.1.5?

    Solaris 8.1.5 clients can connect to 8.1.7 servers. I would guess Digital Unix will...
