Hi, I hope you can help me because im totally lost. Im newbie in oracle flexcube

Basically i need to import this bellow into oracle flexcube ... but i cant find how..
Can you advice please?

1. Open CEF File --------------> dont know where to put this file
Use the RSA KEY to decrypt the CEF FILE

2.Convert File
Utilize LIBCEF.DLL to convert the decrypted file

3. Generate JSON
Upon successful conversion, a json file will be generated
