    Dblink - ORA-02020

    Hello,
    an application log gives the following error: ORA-02020: too many database links in use.

    Is there any way to figure out who is causing this error?
    Is it an oracle bug?
    Is there a patch?

    I have oracle 19c.

    Have to ask.... But did you Google the error and see all of the articles?

    Yes, I searched oracle support and found several bugs, but there is nothing explaining how to fix them.
