High Inactive sessions generate in few minutes
Suddenly high inactive sessions generate in database (10g). Can I clean those inactive sessions automatically from database end by changing some settings ? ...Please help !!!!

Why would you want kill inactive sessions? Inactive session means that someone is logged in but not executing SQL right at that instant. It is a normal state.
Otherwise you can use a job/stored procedure that kill inactive sessions when last_call_et >= x minutes.
