Good morning. I hope someone is out her that can help me. We are running an older Oracle 11i instance. I have a user that is trying to sign in and receives the following message: "Your account has expired. Please contact your web master or system administrator for assistance".

I have signed onto the application and went to the user settings and there is no expiration date on the account.

Can anyone help?
