    10g parameters

    hi, the following are parameters of oracle 10g 10.2.0.4 for which iam having concern

    1) Plsql_compiler_flags was changed to "INTERPRETED, NON_DEBUG" but during Database restart Oracle thrown an error stating it as deprecated system parameter. And through OEM the value is "NATIVE" same as before update.

    2) Audit_Trail is already "DB, EXTENDED" when checked on SQL prompt as
    show parameter Audit_tral, but through OEM the value shows as empty.


    can i have the reason behind this.

    Either OEM is wrong or OEM is looking at a different instance - when in doubt use sqlplus, the closest you get to the engine the closest you are to the truth.
