    fsck not work as ASM is configured. It will work with linux filesystem.

    Now problem is unidentified.

    Hardware people will check the hardware. They have doubt of SCSI cable.

    Problem is solved.

    Since last two days there is no error.


    Hardware vendor has run dignostic tool and check the hardware. Every test is PASSED. They also did not get any error during their test. After that they have run fsck on 1st drive where Linux O/S is installed.
