Statistics with dbms_stats package

Hi,

Somebody can help me about, how i get statistics with the dbms_stats package.

I wanted any scripts that i can use for get statistics. i have oracle 10G.
I wanted know which options in the procedure i can use and how scheduled the script in EM.
