I try to create new repository for that remote Db using this command
emca -repos create in my windows command prompt. But its failed with following error.

WARNING: 'shared_pool_size' must be greater than or equal to 80 MB.

SEVERE: 'job_queue_processes' must be greater than or equal to 1. Fix the error(s) and run EM Configuration Assistant again in standalone mode.
Could not complete the configuration. Refer to the log file for details

I dont know its correct method or not. Please guide me to do with proper method.

You need to run the "emca -repos create" command on the Linux (database) server, this will provide a URL from which you can connect EM to your db.
