conversion of informix 4Gl to pl/sql

Hello

I am satyanarayana from Bangalore,India. Now I am handling a migration project from Informix to oracle.

The details are as follows

1. Environment
TRUE 64 DIGITAL UNIX
K2 Alpha Digital server
2. Database
Informix 7.3 to Oracle 8.x
4GL scripts to PL/SQL
ESQL to Proc*C

We have got huge number of lines of code written in 4GL. This 4GL scripts are batch routines. Now we have been asked by our client to convert this 4GL scripts(batch routines) to PL/SQL scripts. Also we need to convert ESQL to Proc*C and the database migration. In this context, May I get some technical guidelines to convert 4GL batch routines to PL/SQL from your end?

Is any conversion tools available to convert to 4GL scripts to PL/SQL. if any, please let me know the details.
If conversion tools are not available, What is the methodology we have to adopt to convert this 4GL scripts to PL/SQL.

Your suggestion and efforts into this is greatly appreciated.
