    New server Process not allowed

    Hi,
    I Have an oracle 8i DB running on a CompaqTrue64 Unix server.
    When The concurrent sessions is equal to 41 sessions, a new session can't be created and i have the following errors:
    TNS-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process
    TNS-12540: TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded
    TNS-12560: TNSrotocol adapter error
    TNS-00510: Internal limit restriction exceeded.

    Our License is for 100 concurrent session.
    I queried the V$License and I found that :
    SESSIONS_MAX = 0 and USERS_MAX = 0.

    How Can i resolve the problem to allow more concurrent sessions ?

    Thanks.

    Try looking at v$resource_limit to see what you are hitting.
    Assistance is Futile...
