    Ok,
Let me see if I understand this correctly....

You're looking for people to fill the above slots and will pay them in United Arab Emirates Dirhams. Taking into consideration the majority of people whom frequent this site are from the UK or United States, let's take a look at the exchange rates for the respective countries based upon the Sr. Technical Consultant salary of 20k Dhs.

    UK - 20,000Dhs = 2,952.18 GBP
    US - 20,000Dhs = 5,445.23 USD

Now, lets make an assumption.. (yes, I know what happens when you do this but go with me on it)
Your email address is in the UK which I would assume you're looking to place someone in Dubai from possibly the UK.
Considering the average salary (that I've found) is anywhere from 30 to 40 thousand pounds a year for an Oracle DBA then doing the math to figure the pay cut that one would take to go to Dubai, would make one wonder who your recreational pharmaceutical supplier is?

Please tell me that all my assumptions are wrong...

My guess is ADR is talking about monthly salary not a yearly salary.

I'm sure that would be monthly otherwise no one in their right mind would ever opt for that or bother responding. If the pay is similar or less to that of the current UK scale, why would anyone want to take that unless there are some real hidden perks like free accomodation which I've heard is very expensive out there.
