    Server information from v$views or from dictionary !!

    Is there any v$ views we can look to find server related information.
    (e.g server name from v$instance). Similarly is it possible to get number of CPU, how much total memory etc etc.(both for 9i and 10G.

    SO you mean CPU_COUNT fom v$parameter.
    Please let me know a complete dictionary view list documentation if you have handy
