    dumb to csv, then sql*loader or external tables.

    Why don't you just export Excel into an ascii delimeted file and use sql loader to import into Oracle.

    A long time ago I used a product called SecondWind (1995-ish).

    It did some really nice macro integration w/ Oracle and you could stay in Excel if was your goal.

    Or you can try to use EXTERNAL_TABLE, this works well with CSV file. I have not try it with Excel.
