To migrate from DMT to LMT
Hi, to do what the subject says, check this out "DBMS_SPACE_ADMIN.TABLESPACE_MIGRATE_TO_LOCAL"
cheers
-
whats your point?
YOu know that method isn;t very good as you miss out on some of the benefits of LMT's
-
create the TS (LMT) and then move all the objects..
funky...

booooo, you told him and to be more precise you won't lose uniform extents you just cant enforce them. A user can still enter whatever storage parameters they want.
Existing extents wont suddenly become uniform and initial=next and pctincrease=0 still isn't uniform
Also the bitmaps are in the wrong place as well so they aren't good
