RBS problem

Can anyone suggest me a solution for this problem below except increase the size of RBS? I already have a 1GB for my RBS tablespace.

build the index no logging, or maybe increase the rbs space because you need it ?

Build an index when data is not being changed. Since you can not rollback "create index " command the one does not use rollback segment at all. Build an index when there is no or min activity performed on the table you are indexing
