    Hillary in 2008?

C'mon, we need another political thread don't we?

Who will be the Dem (ahem*LIBERAL*ahem) candidate?
Will the "Democratic" party go further left and embrace the screatching Hillary / Michael Morons of the world?
What adjustments will they make in the next election?
I remember when this place was cool.

A just as important question - who will the Republicans (ahem*CONSERVATIVES*ahem) pick. I would be shocked if they chose Cheney! Maybe McCain?? If so, he'd be hard to beat since he's pretty far left for a Republican.

"The ship's clock in the bar says half past eleven. Half past eleven is election time. The hands of the clock have stayed still at half past eleven for fifty years. It is always election time in the Sailors' Arms."

    (with appologies)

The repubs might choose Giuliani -- lack of intellect doesn't seem matter to them, and they have no shame over leveraging 9/11 for partisan political purposes.

    Heh heh heh.

    Oh god, I hope so.

This country has been undergoing a shift to the right since the 1980's. They either need to wake up and smell the coffee or wither up and die.

Doubt it. He doesn't have the everyman quality that other potential candidates have.

I do hope you are kidding, let me throw a name at you, Micheal Moron!
Talk about your failed propoganda, hell I may even rent it now for a good laugh. Even Bruce and all of Hollywood could not inflate that lame excuse for a candidate.

Lack of intellect, please. If I have to listen to another winy liberal, boo hooing and self-justifying about how much more "intellegent" they are than the rest of the populous I'll puke!

Stop looking for a crutch, you lost, look at yourself first and your candidate second for the answers.

That'd be tricky -- remember the 2000 SC primary, where he was accused of being mentally unstable due to his treatment as a PoW, that he'd fathered a child by a black prostitute, and that he was a weak-minded coward who collaborated with the Vietcong (that last one courtesy of Ted Samply, who was also part of "Vietnam Veterans Against Kerry"?

    Ouch.
