DBMS_SPACE compile with Error after Upgrade

I recently made an attempt to upgrade our 8163 (on Win2000) to 9205, following the steps included in Metalink Note: 159657.1 ("Complete Upgrade Checklist for Manual Upgrades from 8.x/9.0.1 to Oracle 9i") - which included an intermidiary step of upgrading to 8.1.7 first.

Everything went well, but I have one object that won't compile - SYS.DBMS_SPACE.

Does anyone why? or if this is exepcted?

Since these belongs to sys schema, rerunning the catalog and catproc scripts may solve the problem.

The Metalink note I mentioned does say that the u0801070.sql script automatically calls the cat*.sql scripts. Whether that remains treu or not, while I manually ran catproc.sql (as suggested by sambavan), that fixed the problem.
