Pipe get Event

HI,

Can anyone tell me is there is any problem in my database due to this pipe get event?

select s.sid,s.username,sw.event,sw.state,sw.seconds_in_wait
2 from v$session s,v$session_wait sw
3 where s.username is not null
4 and s.sid=sw.sid
5 and sw.event not like '%SQL*Net%'
6 ;

18 APP pipe get WAITING 21
52 APP pipe get WAITING 38
54 APP pipe get WAITING 59
58 APP pipe get WAITING 21
119 APP pipe get WAITING 5
120 APP pipe get WAITING 7


The above query shows pipe get event is waiting for 21,38,59,21,5 and 7 seconds. Is this event cause any performance problem?

My current CPU Utilization is 100.

Pipe get is a idle wait event and can be ignored
