    OEM 9.2 Performance Manager

Hi, I would like to use the OEM 9.2 performance manager. When I launch it, it wants me to launch the data gatherer on my local MS 2000 server. How do I launch the data gatherer on windows 2000? I noticed that I do not have a service for this. Isn't it supposed to be called (ie. OracleOra9iDataGatherer)? I don't see it in services. Do I need to install something first. Please help. thx.
