Need help finding the source of a table lock

Hello,
I have strange problem and am having problems diagnosing it.
We're running Webforms with a Win2K frontend, and the database resides on our Sun system.

Database is 9.2.0.4.0.

This is also occasional.

A particular form seems to be locking a table it uses, despite the user having exited. V$SESSION shows the user is no longer in the form(module), and viewing table access does not show the user acessing the table. But, sometimes the next person attempting to update or insert through the same form gets locked, and THEN it appears.

Any ideas on what might be causing this? The form uses "immediate" locking.
