    Question cannot start OMS and db in NT services

    Hi,
    I installed Oracle 9.2 on my MS 2000 server and created a db for my OEM repository. I cannot start the OMS and the databses from services. It only works if I start the OMS and database from DOS? However, I can start the listener from services.
    What must I configure to start the OMS and db from services?
    Can someone please advise and thanks.

    Does the database service itself start without physically bringing up the datbase? What's the error message in your oradim.log?
