    Unhappy Alter Session Set Events....

    Any idea what "ALTER SESSION SET EVENTS 'IMMEDIATE TRACE NAME CONTROLF SPACE LEVEL 10' " could be used for? Any article or note to know more about this?

    Seems I got an answer to my question!

    ALTER SESSION SET EVENTS 'immediate trace name controlf level 10' this will dump the contents of the control file to udump and to have a look....
