Passed Networking today 55/62 this test wat tough.
I'm OCP Oracle 8 DBA now and will do the upgrade to 8i in march.

Yes I'm working as an Oracle DBA. Started in march this year (without Oracle experience but had VB experience).
Before this I worked in a dutch biotech company (not in the IT field).
Do you have a job as a DBA right now?

if yes, there is one book 'oracle certification exam guide'
by jason couchman and Exam Cram books from coriolis
series for each paper available now and off course STS
is good source to practice.

I brought the book Oracle Certification. Is it necessary to buy cram books. If so I will paln to buy them.
Could you suggest me how to study and proceed for the exam.
I don't have real experience as Oracle DBA. Even then can i get thru the exam.

Hi mn,
I did the first two exams only by studying Couchman.
After that I also used the exam cram series and the online documentation.
If you use these three sources your understanding of Oracle will be much broader then only
studying Couchman.
STS and ILT can also be a big help in a way but go with additional cost.
