installing Oracle server and Oracle 9iAS in the same oracle_home

hi,
I have installed 9iAS rel 2 (9.0.2.2) infrastructure in the oracle home ora9ias on S.O. windows 2000 with SP4. Then, I have installed Oracle server 9.0.1.3.1 in the same oracle_home and a new Oracle instance. I read that each will need its separate home.
Is this configuration certificated from Oracle?
or Could I have any problems?
If this is incorrect, How can I resolve this problem?

Why not use two Oracle Homes?

Among 6i, iDS, iAS, and the RDBMS, I don't believe there is any Oracle product nowadays where you CAN use the same ORACLE_HOME location, and further, why would you even want to?

While installing...didn't you get any error or messages about this Oracle_home?.
How did you get thru this relinks?. Did you get relinks successful message when you install oracle server second time?.
If you tell this to oracle they simply say BIG NO.
you have to uninstall the softwares to make both work.
