    Upgrade question.

    Hi,

    I'm upgrading my database from version 9.0.1 to 9.2. I will need to install the Oracle 9.2 software in a new ORACLE_HOME. Do I need to shutdown my existing Oracle instances (9.0.1 instances) while I do the 9.2 install?
