user requested cancel of current operation

Dear DBAs

Please help me on this issue.We r working on production db 8.1.5.
Whenever my users run a big report
the error occurs "User requested cancel of curruent operation".

We don't have any table spaces apart from "user" table space.

Pls help.

As the message says, obviously your user has hit some kind of CANCEL button in your front end application (like in SQL*Plus). Or perhaps the application itself has done that for him....

Oh yes, you do. Trust me on this one. Besides, I don't understand how this remark is relevant to the subject of your question....
