How to get registered for Metalink

Hi

This is a bit off track question

I have official CD for Oracle 9i purchased and no I want to register to Metalink. How do I do it. I have followed the link
and I got to on line registration.

I am also member of OTN. I got the page where I need to enter tge following details.

Support Identifier
(CSI, SAC, Access Code etc.)

How do I enter it. I could not find anything such as CSI , SAC here. Is metalink there for privileged users only ?

Metalink is for customers that subscribe to Oracle's paid support program.

it's big dollars too, typically 1/3 of the licence cost is for support (which includes metalink)
