Thread: How to unlock a table

    Hi,
    I locked a table using lock table in exclusive mode and i need to unlock the table.Is there any command to do that.

    Pls. reply asap.

    I don't want Jeff's link tells us ..

    But locks are based on session if I am not wrong ..If the session got killed .It will release the lock . This is my knowledge .Correct me If I am wrong ..

    commit or a rollback will release the lock
