    hello all!
i just installed a Oracle 9iR1 on Redhat. i find that i must run the tnslsnr
manually every time after host reboot, that is very inconvenient,is there any
method to automatic start tns listener after system reboot and oracle
    startup?
    thanks for any help!

Same idea for 8i and 9i:

    http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Oracle-7-HOWTO-6.html
    http://otn.oracle.com/docs/products/....htm#sthref548

    Cheers
