Sorry mate, I'm decorating my house :(

Have a great time and do some networking. I'm sure you can make many useful contacts at something like that.

    Cheers

I got an invitation too but too bad i'm going on vacation.and me too gotta work on my house..i promised my wife..she was glad that i promised to stay away from oracle books.

It would have been nice to met some of the dbasupport members.

I think meeting in person is always pretty good, sometimes it's the right click and then you can synergize also.

    Enjoy the convention, Julian.

I'll pass this one, too. I'll not be working on my house (not that there's nothing to be done on it) nor have I promised my wife to stay away from Oracle during that time, but we have national holidays during that period here, so I'm allready looking forward to spend some quality time that is not necessarily very tightly connected with Oracle then.

Some other time, Julian. BTW, I'm also anxious to meet some DBASupporters in person, it will just have to be some other occasion.

I've heard of an old Indian saying, something like: "If you possess more than 7 things, you cannot be happy". Right?

As far as I remember it doesn't matter what you possess. Only when you count your possessions, they should not exceed 7.
